As a way to stop newbies from posting randomly on the main, we could try and add a thread specifically for newbies to learn the ropes of the site, that way new members can go ahead and read the "Rules" (Do's and Don't's) right there instead of having to read bumped posts, just a thought :3

This wouldn't fix anything. The entire problem is that newbies don't stop to read, adding more stuff to read doesn't fix the problem.
