Umm I'm new here but I noticed that we don't have a TV board that I can see, maybe it's somewhere I can't see, if there isn't one might I suggest a sub-board under film?

Film is used as the TV board too. As per an old thread, I still think Film should just be renamed to Live Action.

Though not all live action is just in there. You don't put Big Hero 6 in animation, you'd put it in Film.

I'd more so suggest animation being a sub-board of films rather than it being it's own board. Though I doubt it'd limit people posting shit in the wrong place.
