Why hallo there ;O Yes, I stopped being lazy and got to writing this out. We are finally voting for the first official Dollars code! Why do we need a code? It's just for fun, mainly for the sake of writing out secret messages. It's kind of like that stupid code making that you did when you were little, but with.... uh... Dollars style..? Yeah. Anyway, please vote. Voting will stay open for one month. If we don't have a clean 20-50 votes by then, the time will be extended. If you samefag (change your name) and try to vote a second or third time, all of your votes will be claimed null and void.

To avoid any biased opinions, the creators of each code will not be revealed until after the voting is over. If you claim ownership to your code before voting is over, its will be omitted from the final count and it will not be counted in any way. Also, if you didn't put a title with your admission, I made one up so it's easier for voters to refer to them other than by their admission number.

Anyway, enjoy. To vote, just comment with your favorite admission number/codename with a brief explanation of why.

You know the code 1=A... what if we use ALT codes like ALT+1(☺)=A so

You can also give spaces and punctuation a code like:

Sphinx Letter-Number Code

" Sphinx of black quartz, judge my vow. "
It would be relatively easy to remember, seeing as we're vowing to make a difference, and the main dollars color is black.

Simply take the letters as they come in the sentence, excluding where they double. There's only a couple of doubles in that sentence.

"Sphinx of black qurtz Jdge My Vw" would be the sentence without doubles. So, In alphabetical, it would be

Comprehensive Code

Letters

So, basically, every letter has its own symbol that every keyboard has, starting with A as !. Here's an example:

Hello, BarabiSama. = *%__[, @!}!@(\!=.
A = !
B = @
C = #
...
Z = ?

We use the keys in the order they come in from left to right, omitting they period, coma, and grave accent keys. We also use caps second, unless the key is a number key.

Numbers
So, basically, every single digit number from 0 to 9 has its own letter.

0 = A
1 = B
...
9 = I
The single digit numbers have their own letters.

_Multiple Digit Numbers

Two Digit Numbers

All you do here is put them together, like:
10 = BA
11 = BB
...
99 = II
Two digit numbers are basic.

Three+ Digit Numbers

100 = J
1000 = K
10000 = L
...
So, 176 would be JGF.

Three+ Digit Numbers NOT Beginning With One

Ok, know why I omitted the grave accent key before? This is why. There would have been WAY too many numbers for letters if the three+ digit code was THAT simple.

So, basically, you use the grave accent key to indicate the first number of your three+ digit number. Like:

200 = `2`J
300 = `3`J
...
2000 = `2`K
3000 = `3`K
...
20000 = `2`L
30000 = `3`L
...
So, a number like 42700 would be `4`L`2`K`7`J. Or, a number like 32875 would be `3`L`2`K`8`JGE.

Symbols

Hmmm... This has taken some thought. Because I already covered all the bases, right? Wrong. I used capitol letters for numbers, not lower case. However, periods, comas, and question mark stay the same.

So, instead of OMG! it would be (not using code for the OMG part), OMGa.

Keyword Code

You write out the keyword (DOLLARS), without repeating any letter (DOLARS). Then, you fill in the rest of the alphabet underneath it, making each row the same number of letters:

Uckers Code

Sentence Structure

Ok, so, all you do is separate the first letter of the first word of the sentence from the rest of the word, then make the rest of the words in groups of four letters (symbols included as well). So, a sentence like, "Hello, BarabiSama." would be, "H ello ,Bar abiS ama."

Possibilities

Have you heard of uckers? No? Well, it's a board game. And is also one way to say the word fu- without actually saying the F word.

"H avey ouhe ardo fuck ers?"

I'm not sure if I want Four or Six because of reasons Barabi said not to say. Can you vote for multiple ones? But, I think Six is simpler, so, if you can only vote for one, I say six. If you can vote for two+, I vote for both Four and Six.

Two would only really work for people on laptops/computers, so I say definitely not Two. If there's a negative vote, I cast one negative vote foe Two.

HOW ABOUT MAKING 6 TO 20 DIFFERENT CODES. AND THEY CAN BE A COMBINATION OF LETTERS/NUMBERS/SYMBELS TO THROW OFF ANYONE TO TRYING TO GET INTO A DOLLARS MEETINGS UNINVITED. Make the 6 to 20 different codes then Fully DELETE THE THREAD AFTER EVERY ONE GOTS IT DOWNLOADED ON TO THEIR COMPUTERS.

Example: Say We the Dollars send a text coded to go to France to have a SECRET meeting at the Eiffel Tower. Would not want the authorities near the Eiffel Tower Asking about a Gang/Group Called the Dollars? Would you. (After they fuigure out the code.)

This thread is for entertainments purpose, and we're not some secret organization that needs twenty fucking codes. We are a rather public organization that anyone can enter. The second you delete it, no other Dollars member who happens upon the site can get it; that would just be pointless. The majority of our new members wouldn't know them unless they went through hoops to have it emailed to them.

Either way, your idea is fucking null and void until you quit it with your fucking caps lock key.

Combined with a Number substitution cipher:

Would it be possible for someone to make a downloadable compiler so that Dollars members will be able to translate something like how google translate translates other languages. And if so could they also make it so that we can just type the regular sentence in so that it will automatically translate to our group code?
