Edit: If it can be active enough, sure. We could put it out for a few weeks to test its amount and quality of activity. If it works out, it'd be a decent substitute to /gif/, so I can actually post/view decent GIF threads without going through pages and pages of you-know-what.
Tl;dr: Doesn't hurt to try. We might even be able to get some great GIF threads going.
