Hey, if anyone else plays softball I need a bit of advice about diving. Just tips and tricks would really help. My family tells me that if I cant dive for the ball by high school, I would struggle with getting better and stuff. I really love softball and I love playing competitively. I can dive back to bases, but diving for the ball on the feild is a struggle. I just can't seem to jump. I would really appreciate it if anyone could give advice.
