I kinda just have to get this off my chest even though it’s kinda stupid. I had noticed this guy at my gym maybe like a month ago but I’m so shy and don’t just talk to people.. Especially in settings like that. So I didn’t, I mean I got his name and small talk but I shut down when I get nervous so both times I even tried I cut it short 🥲 And now he’s gone . I know it’s kinda dumb but I’m more sad that I wasn’t able to be more… ummm.. I can’t think of the word for being better at talking, but I lack courage I guess. Whatever ~ This is just to help me not think about it so much.
