This might be wrong of me but theres a guy who Ive known for a long ass time and I like him a lot but he has a partner already and his partner is literally crap. Like when I first met them they said they hated me and called me names, it got so bad I left and my freind kept saying he was sorry for how his partner acted. I looked into his partners social media and saw that they tweet thinsg like "Women are property" and stuff having to do with LGBTQ being bad. I dont understand what my freind sees in them, I know I shouldnt get involved in other peoples relationships and Im trying so hard to get his partner to like me but I feel like Im missing something. What does he see in them that I dont?

Honestly... Some people's rose-coloured glasses are more tinted than the rest of us. Your friend's partner might not be a good person to have as a friend, or to be influenced by. Try to be supportive of your friend until they come to their senses. Maybe sit down with them and let them know how you feel about their partner. Be honest but not condescending or rude. Be a good friend. Try to help your friend see their partner for who they truly are. If they can recognize their partner's shitty attitude and still be okay with them, it might be time for some new friends.
