When I get depressed, there are a few different things I do to feel better. I'll find music that allows me to dive head first into what I'm feeling. Doing this lets me identify what is bothering me and then I can address it. I will also try going for a run/bike ride, getting out into nature and hiking is also rather nice. physical activity is a great stress relief and does more for you than most realize.
But if your depression gets worse, then please get help. Remember, the world is not as bad as it seems
