I've been friends with this person, let's call them H, for about 5 years. Wev'e pretty much been best best friends from the beginning. But recently another person, let's call the, F, has become friends with us. I feel as though F and H are becoming friends and slowly pushing me away.

H and I never talk about stuff anymore, it's always F and H talking about stuff with me saying something here and there. H also never contacts me outside of when we meet, but I know she talks to F because they"re always like "remember when you said this" and stuff.

You might think, oh just hang out with other friends, but I don't have many other friends who I feel comfortable with. And the ones that I do feel comfortable with live hours away.

I don't even feel as though I can tell them this because I don't feel as though they will take it seriously.

It really hurts, watching yourself being slowly replaced.

I know the feeling, I myself have felt something similar between a group of friends. I suggest that you either find something all 3 of you can connect on, or you find someone who deserves you.

In my opinion, I know you might not like the idea of approaching them about this but approaching them might be better and make you feel better instead of letting them forget and you just watching feeling sad and depressed. If they don't care and don't understand why you are telling them this, then they aren't good to be your friends anyways. But, if they do care and do understand then hopefully it can make you feel a lot better about this whole situation. Trust me, I was in the same situation and I did confront them. They understood and we became friends and talked all the time. Please consider this and try at least. I hope it goes well and this is very helpful to you.
