Lately my mind been going crazy and confused of how to feel. I'm happy but deep down the recent deaths that been happening is just making me very sad that it hurts a lot. ItS so hard to explain. Now I'm currently scared for a friend that's 21 very sick, can't walk and in a lot of pain. I looked up things that possibly have the answer to dealing with it but it says talk about it or keep it to yourself in a journal of menories. Help please then. For me it's very depreissing bc I don't want more I know to go....
