So I've never been happy with where I live, the state or the city. The unhappiness I feel here has kept me form doing much of anything to progress my life. I'm only getting older, and the longer I stay here the less likely it feels I'll ever get out of here.
Now when I was young all I wanted to do was travel and see the world. I'm being encouraged to leave because others see my suffering here and want me to go somewhere I can thrive, but the problem is my finances.
I'd be trying to leave on just a little over $2000 USD. It seems pratically impossible to me, especially since I seem to have trouble finding jobs. I've actually been unemployed for about half a year now. I honestly don't know what to do or where to go.
I figure that if I stay here I'll kill off the last of my hopes and just continue to live miserably, but I can't guareentee that things would be any better if I leave. I'd honestly be happy if I even made enough to wander from place to place for awhile, I just don't know where to start. I've tried researching places in the US, but no where seems to appeal to me.

Can someone give me some advice on maybe where to go, or what to do? Any advice is welcomed, even if it's negative (I get a lot of that anyway.)
