Sure, ask her out. If you don't, you may end up growing apart, and you'll wonder what could have happened if you did ask her out. Just go with it. If she refuses you, you'll be bummed for a few days, you'll recover of course, but at least you'll know.

Well if she says she loves you, then no ask her to Marry you, get a a 32 Carrot ring (make sure it is the big ones and not the baby carrots), buy the most expensive wedding cake (not carrot cake though since she is getting a ring) you can find/afford and maybe you should buy her a penguin
