So here's the issue my friend recently got dumped and she has been using me as what you could say comfort...she knows about my feelings for her and my depression (she often gets mad at me when I'm in my moods) except for when we used to date 2 years ago this is the only time she hasn't been arguing with me and she seems to be rather happy...she did ask if I was okay with it which I don't mind I'd rather it not be some other guy who would end up hurting her...but she's confusing her own feelings saying sometimes she feels that she still loves me and other times not. To me I don't mind being hurt..I'm just not sure if it's okay to let her confuse her own feelings...any advice on what I should do? Or if it's not okay thing to do intimate things with a friend

Don't let yourself get too confused, just put it out there. It's important that both of you know what to expect when spending that kind of time together. You can't let yourself be used just to boost someone else's ego.

I personally would not recommend you spend your time helping her feel better or whatever since she doesn't seem to have made up her mind about what she wants. And especially if you have feelings for her and depression.

But then again, if you say that you don't mind getting hurt and wasting a lot of your own time to help someone out that is likely going to just move on once she's done making herself feel better using you, then it's up to you. I mean, you know her better than I do. Is she deserving of this treatment from you?

Anyways, I wish you the best of luck.
