What it do guys, long story short, I act like a clown around my friends but kind of want to be taken more seriously, is there a way I can keep my friendship strong without acting like a complete retard. Sometimes I feel like I rely too much on this approach but I get nervous when I try to act normal around my friends. This whole situation is strange but I appreciate any help. Peace

Don't be afraid to act Autistic if you are Autistic. Your real friends will love you for it. Fake "friends" will not appreciate the thing that makes you awesome.

In all honesty though, there shouldn't be any real reason for you to change how you are unless you are trying to be professional but my guess is that your friends most likely like the fact that you're goofy and approachable.
