Not too long ago my biological father decided he had time to talk to me after never trying to get ahold of me my whole life. Whenever I talked to him it felt weir almost wrong so when my Mom asked if I wanted to talk to him I said, "No." Now he's calling my Mom names saying she's on drug, drunk, or smoking weed, and it's stressing everyone. He's also spamming my Mom's phone. Not only that, but he call 'Child Neglected Services' and DHS because he thinks my Mom and Dad, (Step Dad) aren't letting me talk to him. What do I do?

Well for starters, your word has the most power now because its all surrounded on you. So maybe you should be honest about how you feel with your dad. He has no right to be mad at your parents if you be honest and you have every right to feel the way you do. Secondly, does he pay child support?? Does he have custody over you?? If not then he has no right to contact any organization with these claims.

I don't think I'm the perfect person to answer, but seeing as nobody else has yet I'll try. You could probably try contacting him through mail explaining to him that you don't want to speak to him, and explain why. Like I said, I'm not the best person to answer, but it may be worth a try.
