My advice is that you guys need to have a conversation about trust. Trust is key in a relationship and if that doesn't exist then it won't go very well and neither partners will be happy. The best way is to address it. If this continues like this for too long then I suggest finding someone else.

I think it's important to find out why she feels that way? maybe she is just insecure in the relationship, or maybe she's worried about something that you've been doing lately, or even feels threatened by another person who she thinks is too close to you?
I'm not saying that her worries are warranted, but usually there is some kind of problem that is causing her worries.
and yeah then take #3's advice and have a conversation about trust
