Okay so every time I have a quiz or test I get an anxiety attack and my brain just basically shuts down and a majority of the time I always end up failing because of that. What can I do to control this?

Right before that test, go to the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror. Take a deep long slow breath. Several if you have to. Then count to 10 or up to as much as you need to calm yourself down. Once you've done that, tell yourself out loud "I will take this exam", "I will pass this exam" "I have studied for this test and I will do great." "I know the material to this test and I will not fail" It sounds corny but repeating these things out loud helps the brain believe it can do these things. If there are people around, just whisper it to yourself. As long as you can hear yourself. With repetition of this, it will get easier because you are getting better
