Today i would like to bring up an issue. Through taking an M3 medical test i have been diagnosed with high levels of anxiety and PTSD

I don't really know how to handle this and maybe someone could help

it's not exactly like the doctors and you should go to a doctor after taking this test to confirm but this lets you take an anonymous test for depression, anxiety, ptsd, bipolar, etc. if you have any doubt please take this or urge a friend to because this IS a serious issue and i don't want anyone going on with these problems alone.
