Basically I have a friend who had problems with a somewhat of a relationship and he keeps thinking about his situation so I just want some ideas on ways to help him with his dilemma (p.s his really emotional)

Really the best way too help your friend is by doing activities
And just stuff to keep his mind off the problem. Unfortunately you can't be around 100% of the time to keep him happy but even just taking him out and hanging somewhere and making him smile of even laugh will help him get past theses feelings. Also remember to make sure he knows you'll always support
