Hello, everyone.
I've been thinking about writing this for awhile, but until this point didn't have the confidence to openly ask for help. Hopefully, someone can give me some guidelines on what I can do in my situation.
You see, in the country I live in (not going to mention which for now) times have been tough for a few years. My family is, you could say, in the "middle class". We have enough income to survive and pay our bills, but for a long time, a really long time, I have been observing how hard it is for my parents. Our life has been normal thus far, I have not been limited in any way possible, but it is all due to my parents' hard work and determination to keep going. Because of this, I feel the urge to help, specifically to help my mother.
My mother is the owner of a small fashion firm, which makes elegant clothes for women. I wouldn't call them formal, but they're not your everyday T-shirt with a picture on it. My mother is an artist. She thinks up the model, buys the materials, makes the pattern, makes the parts and then gives them to another woman, who sews everything together. I won't get into bigger details, because it would take another paragraph to describe the entire process XD. We have one shop in our small town, where we sell the clothes and often my mother sends her works to a place in another town, something like a storehouse/store. Everything the firm makes is 100% original, no fake textiles, the fabrics are always of the best quality that can be found and there are no defects (if there is a defect, it gets fixed).
I want to help my mum with her work by selling her clothes online. Many people have said that you can have good income by doing so. I would like to ask everyone if they can help me a bit with some advice. I don't even know where to start from and some guides are confusing ^^" Really, any opinion will be of help!
