If ya like her, ask her if she'd like to be in a relationship. It's really simple, ya just gotta have the stomach for it xP
When you do it depends on you, but make sure whenever you do it or whatever you do benefits your chances and don't act too needy. It's lame...Or well actually some girls find it cute that ya get all nervous. Tell ya what. Pretend, by the next time ya see yer special lady, that I'm right behind ya and I just shove you into her. :P
