Hey guys, So I really want to know more bands that are like Heavy Metal and screamo

Well, Disturbed is an amazing heavy metal band. Although not heavy metal or screamo, Marilyn Manson, Korn, and Nine Inch nails are all great bands that do classify as Industrial metal, Nu Metal, and more industrial metal respectively. I can highly recommend every one of these bands.

Suicide Silence, Avenged Sevenfold, Slipknot, and Get Scared are some good heavy metal and screamo bands...

A Lot Like Birds, Bloodstain Child, Protest The Hero, Stolas.
Bloodstain child is more metal but the rest are REALLY good and are more light metal

Parkway Drive, August Burns Red, Architects, blessthefall, Dayseeker, Bury Tomorrow, Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada, Born of Osiris
Genre elitists would argue that most of these bands are 'metalcore' but the general public would probably just label them as metal/screamo.

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, but some of the bands I know of and listen to that are generally referred to as "Metal" are Bullet for My Valentine, Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed, and Avenged Sevenfold. Like I said in the beginning, not sure if these bands necessarily have the sound you're looking for, but they're my recommendations.

For metal I would take a look at Dethred Sabaoth by Danzig, Helmet by Betty and Short Bus by Filter.
