Savant is... a lot of things. First of he is literally his name, he both claims to suffer from "savant syndrome" a so called disorder that basically means he is a pure god at music, and a pure failure at anything else (including socialization), he also claims to have made over Ten thousand songs in his life time.
He first started somewhere around 2007 and is still making music to this day. He has made about Thirteen albums, "Outbreak" being his first (Also nominated in the electronic music category for the 2009 Norwegian Grammy Awards), "Invasion being his most recent and his two most popular being "Alchemist" and "Vario"
He doesn't like to classify his music under one genre as if that was possible in the first place. His music can sound mellow and soft one day and powerful and hardcore the next. There is endless variation to his music, which is one of the many reasons why I simply can't get enough of it.

Did I mention that he literally has a game based on one of his albums? "Savant: Ascent" It's a pretty good indie like game.

So long story short if you like EDM and music with endless variation Just..check him out...Listen to him...Please
