Cover was pretty good. Instrumentation was perfect as far as I could tell, having not heard the song before. Your vocalist sounded a bit bored the whole time, though. I'd say he's probably the only one in the need of improvement.
Course, this is assuming that you're a band. If this was supposed to be a vocal cover, try singing with some actual feeling next time. Vocals are more than just holding the right notes, you actually have to make the listener believe in what you're saying.
