Hello, I'm an insomniac too, music doesn't really help me but I have tried listening to enigma and some songs from era and I found it really relaxing even though I couldn't sleep. It's really peaceful music maybe it will work on you!

I listen to a lot of Vocaloid stuff, so I would say the song Alice. If you think a more human voice would be better though, you can look up covers of it.
