I recently found a band that is just out there! They dont have a real style/genre but their music is just so "Schway" is how id put it! Try em! The band is called "Breaking Benjamin" and if you like em tell me what song is your favorite!

They do have a genre; alternative metal. Alternative metal is not unique at all. Used to be a fanboy before I realized their singer is an asshole and for the most part his lyrics are lame. The other members aren't incompetent, but they don't stray much from alt metal formulaic songwriting. Oh wait, the dickweed vocalist fired them all cause he's a dumb pussy.
What the hell does "Schway" even mean. That sounds retarded.

Really? I didnt know that... I dont really know much about genres I just listen :) BTW The word "Schway" means cool or interesting. As for puberty well im 18 and in college bro. :) Soo while we are on the topic of music do you have any bands to recommend? Im always up for some new beats!

Yea I know I just barely found it cuz I usually listen to rap like eminem but that began to bore me thus I decided to expand my musical taste! I found this off of a friend one day! My favorite songs are Dear Agony and Diary of Jane. BTW I tried Nirvana and love it thanks Yatahaze!

Breaking Benjamin is Alt Metal/Post Grunge. Looking for much of the same, try Sick Puppy, Shinedown, Seether, Evans blue, Bullet for my Valentine, Trapt, Rise Against, 10 Years, & Chevelle.
Also take a look at Saves the Day for something interesting but a bit different.
