im a musician myself, thing is what i do for inspiration is listen to some good music o.o Im talking about music that you can feel with your soul it's kind of hard to explaine. Anyways just ether listen to music or take something that happened to you on a particular day.

As a musician myself as well, my best advice is...
don't look for inspiration. At all. Let it come to you or you won't satisfy yourself with the product. Writers write more emotionally when they feel passionate about something. Either think about something you have a passion for, set a story that involves characters that feel passionately, or use motifs that invoke strong emotion, but whatever you decide to do, don't write unless you know what you're aiming for.
That might have been counter-productive advice but it's the most honest way I can reply.
