Okay, I did some research... From what I know, you don't even need to listen to ICP to be a Juggalo. Juggalos don't discriminate and their first rule is to be themselves and not give half a shit about what others think. Juggalos are from all races, all religions, a Juggalo that discriminates is not a Juggalo. Juggalos are, well, INSANE, and that's what put them on the FBI's list of legit gangs.
