dragonforce is a power metal band and one of their songs is on guitar hero. the band is great and pure awsome listen to them and tell me what you think about them.

They, sir, are also the most mainstream modern-metal band of all time. x3 But still, I admire their guitarist. Freaking amazing.

They are mediocre at best. Plus their guitarist isn't able to play his own parts very well live. Saw them when they were touring with Turisas and Powerglove. Ended up leaving after a couple of songs sings the other two bands were already done.

If you want good power metal I'd recommend bands like Blind Guardian, Firewind, and Edguy.

I'm a lover of Dragonforce. Though, the extent of said love is moderate at best. Been listening to these guys for years now. Revolution Deathsquad and Operation: Ground and Pound are tied for first place on my favorite song list.

Dragonforce is awesome in the studio, i do admit that.

but they aren't very good live. I also recommend listening to Blind Guardian cause they are that awesome

Storming the burning fields makes me think of Axel from kingdom Hearts in an epic fight

As for my opinion of the band, they're pretty good overall, though very overrated, and they, along with most power metal bands, were just a phase for me. After a short while, their music gets annoying as hell.
