I mainly did this out of the challenge to take a tricky post-hardcore song and turn it acoustic. The guitar was my main focus in this one, and I only did the vocals afterwards since it needed an extra bit of oomph in some parts. Vocally, this may be my weakest of what I've done so far due to
a-me not being good at this type of singing
and b-stupid allergies plugging my nose up
It's still good enough to share though, imo.

This is easily my favorite vocal performance thus far.
I also recorded a hilarious audio blooper right before the outro when I turned around and realized the cord was coming loose. I went over to plug it back in all the way, but the guitar strap fell off and whatdya know.....the fuckin' guitar lands on my foot. /o/
So I kept that clip for a separate video, but in between that upload and this attempted one, iMovie decides to fuck da police and not let me do upload it. That clip won't be uploaded......yet.

This morning I woke up and stared at my drums. They were calling me. I suck at them, but they were calling me, so I sat my ass down and just recorded this.

And then I was like, holy shit, this is great. Added some guitar layers and here we have it, an instrumental, but my first original song that really feels like a complete act to me.
