Except the ones who most NEED to escape don't have access to apps like SnapChat. It's only the aristocrat's kids that can afford smuggled phones with outside access.

So we’re gonna have to find a way to get the message out there to the North Koreans is say we find a way to smuggle information in through the boarder and not only that we need to find safe passage for them and us this means we’re gonna have to stalk the boarder for awhile and learn guard routes and things of that nature.
