Why did you join the dollars? What do we consider ourselves? As of now the dollars isn't what it used to be. And I'm wondering if we could ever spark the flame again. How should we do it if we actually work together to bring it back. Please let this thread be a discussion of the future of the community. I'm of course just a fellow dollars so I can't guarantee we can bring it back to life. Then again maybe it's perfect as is.

Here's hoping it does come back to how it was before.

Perhaps if we keep this alive eventually others will join in and we can muster up something. Perhaps posting this on the mission tab will help as well. We could also spread the word to the discord and drrr.com. and other sites

Honestly the only way for the dollars to make a comeback would be a new show or something that can inspire people to login. I think also creating an official dollars app that people can login into conveniently from their phone. I come on here every few months myself but if there was an app i would definitely be online more I’m part of the discords and stuff but it just ain’t the same. If people like the app idea we could probably crowd fund it while working with the people that run this platform anyways just throwing ideas out there.

Thank you for the ideas and here's my opinion on what you said. The show coming back would definitely work to bring both old and new people back. But unfortunately I doubt that will happen anytime soon. What we could do is take inspiration from the show. We should send out emails we could start with the emails that people left behind on this site. For them we can just simply say that the dollars are going to return. If they're in then they will probably remember what the password is and sign back in. For new members we could try the same idea where we just ask if they're in thing is the password is just out there so we could attract unwanted people. I'm not saying everyone isn't welcome but we don't want people creating gangs or something under the dollars name since that will spark lots of trouble. That's my opinion though. For the app I remember there was once an app on the app store but after awhile it shut down. I'm no technology expert so I can't help in creating an app again for the app store. There is an app created already from someone here on this site it's called the road runner app I believe but it might seem sketchy to some so it's understandable why we want to transfer to the app store. But if someone has the capability to make an app that would be very helpful indeed and we as a group can fund them to make one for us like you said.

Bringing more people into here is easy part, hard part is to keep them using this forum. I would suggest to make an analyse of biggest forums and adding their features into here for example for reddit there are different pages for any interest and such.

Ray we do sort of have different pages for other topics. Although not that many it's quite a good selection that covers a variety of topics since other topics can fall under that major topic. But that would definitely be a good idea only downside I'm no one on this site I'm not part of the group that brought this site to life unfortunately. So that would be entirely be up to whomever created the site it would be their call but we could influence them in numbers if we agree as a whole.

Just remembered. Why did people stop using this site perhaps we could fix that.

Because of the popularity of the show. The animation created interest and curiosity, but it is not that age anymore due to more mainstream i.ps.

We could however "lift up" this website with a little spread on outside sites. We would just have to tread carefully.

Why's that? Why tread carefully? Genuinely curious so we know what to look out for.

Thinking about it for a bit as much as I want it to come back perhaps it's best we keep it as it is with the occasional visitors.

Best way to think of it we are our one community somewhat like a reddit page but an entire website dedicated just for us. What they did was just be a community of people who were anonymous yet you felt like you known these people your whole life as friends. You felt like you actually belonged as well with its own different sections that fit topics you could talk about with anyone on the site if they wanted to. There's also a mission undersection in the main section where it was their goal to make a world a better place one step at a time. Whether it was actual fundraisers or just simply cleaning and caring for our planet. It is optional as well so you're not forced to take part of it if you want but you could just simply spread the word. Also even if the password is just out there unless you watched drrr you don't know much about this site so it connected people further since they were all aware of this site creating a community of anonymous friends.

Well, to begin with, I think one issue is that there aren't many active threads where people can talk about
For instance, the sports, tech, music section have been pretty quiet for some time. I think, each of us (who visit the site quite frequently) should take the initiative to open some threads in those sections which can spark discussions, like movies or games stuff.
That way people who visit occasionally will also be interacting more.

maybe we could find a goal that collectively brings both the members of dollars and the general public (those who aren't members of dollars but have the same goal as us).

What could that possibly be though? What's something that the entire dollars community old and recent could agree upon doing together. Let alone bring in people from the public that have never heard of the dollars and probably think it's a bad gang or something alike.

To protect others in ways I couldn't protect myself. Lord knows my home life was rife with abuse and sexual assault, and so was the subsequent homelessness where I was assaulted for my body everyday and starving.

Not that it mattered, all I've found here is alienation and further abuse from the members here.

There are many different uses a cult community like this could have. It's a living, breathing "gang" from a show we all just happened to watch and like. With enough direction, will, and cooperation, we could impact our communities around the world and network our outreach to a transcontinental level.

Hi, I saw this thread and i really want the dollars to become very alive and be active. I want dollars to have friendly games for people to play and socialize, anyways it's just my opinion tho

In my thought out analysis, I consider this an anonymous tightly knitted community of ordinary citizens that span across various regions, but integrate when it's convenient for particular circumstances. There's no true directed approach towards the idealistic plan to where all of this will be headed to in the near future, if one exists for this community. What can be possibly devised is that it's encouraged to continue discussing, and arranging original ideas for ourselves and others that want to potentially see something transpire. Previous replies aforementioned, this community does take inspiration from the show, but we could also navigate outside of that perspective, and gradually expand into an entirely different structure, a more advanced, and innovative culture of open-minded individuals, that all flock to this area, to express and share their creativity. This could be a third place for people. Unethical behavior should be condemned, and a balance of reasoning should circulate within the community. I'll be realistic and state, that maybe not all of my thoughts will come into fruition, however I'll patiently wait to see what others contemplate. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider.
