Hey to anyone out there, I just wanted to chime in on a frequency where I was certain there would be some souls that can relate. This one is for all the nostalgia of a generational collective consciousness, for everything from the codename kids next door to the universe of Durarara!, the ambient music mixes in the late night to dark a.m. hours and all the other realms that unite us. I rewatched the show from start to finish recently and noticed the password to our site, by that dash of go lucky fortune I’m here to reach out across the void and let you know that through life’s sweet spots and rough patches, purpose and profundity always shine where you are willing to look and in some places that may find you by surprise. Wow, I cant believe im typing this username again! To think I was a kid when I first learned about the Dollars.. now im an adult, living a life i never imagined. Glad I decided to rewatch Durarara and check back in. Beautiful to see this community still alive and well. Being a part of the Dollars had a domino effect on my life and I will always be grateful for the many laughs had during my days here. Thank you, to no one in particular. Just, thank you <3

^ I have to say wow too, that’s so awesome! I remember the first commercials for the show when it aired on adult swim over a decade ago, the Dollars made such a lasting impression on me because of the premise behind them. To be honest I’ve struggled and had many amazing times since finishing college, Durarara had a presence here and there throughout that time but I’m just now finding myself here after having the looming thought that the Dollars could and totally should be real! Here’s to making happy, healthy and successful life stories while still embodying what this place represents for the ages past and still to come. Thank you and all our fellow members <3

I’m just great Ful to read all your nostalgic stories and memories you have about this and the feelings that comes along with it which I also do have towards the Dollars. I love memories, and the Dollars are definitely one of them
