is that good? maybe according to a negative point of view, crypto might be able to deceive people by means of scam projects, but crypto has a positive side, namely it can help one's economy, build communities, learn to use the latest technology, to understand the metaverse.
I've no clue about what makes it haram, but good riddance I'd say.
Crypto mining requires enormous computing processes, and ultimately produces nothing of value to the mankind as a whole. You could use that computing processes to try figuring out how to cure cancer, contribute to the bettering of humanity.
But nope, apparently its every man for himself and those powerful computing power is wasted on mining worthless digital money that'll only be kept in someone's personal pocket.
