Historically, the Skype Group although changing hands every year or two, has been posted on Main. It's really more of a communication hub for the entire site than any kind of Mission.

To be honest, it's never belonged on Main, it has just been the most appropriate of the boards comparatively. There IS a thread on Suggestions about having a Communications Subboard added, to consolidate Skype, KIK, etc. into one board. Please, share your opinions on that thread if you really want to see communications posts off of the other boards, as they really don't have a proper place on any of them at the moment.
