Since the Dollars BBS Skype became unmanageable/unmanaged by staff, we would like to create another Dollars BBS group for Skype.

You still have to put this under the Skype thread. This has been done over and over and over again, and soon enough, you'll abandon the group too, so theres no need for ANOTHER Skype thread.
Just copy/paste this to the Skype thread and add all the Skype names that reply afterwards.

I point out useless thread is useless.
