Thoughts on tradition (3)

So, recently I`ve noticed that people love sticking to habits tradition. It`s kinda tradition to follow tradition (heheh). Not sure if this is good, bad, or if it just depends on the situation, or anything else. I just wanted to see opinions, thoughts, or anything on this topic.

(P.S. Humans are creatures of habit, which I would take for an answer, but I`m more interested in why. If there was any confusion, that is)

Well, humans as a whole like things they're comfortable with. That is why we're creatures of habit. We like what we know and through that we have power or control, however limited, over that thing. When we step out of our comfort zone, our control slips and that makes us nervous. So we follow tradition because it gives us a sense of order and control, which are things we like and want.
Does that make sense? :)

>>2 Perfectly agree with Nomiki. Xhristianity is a perfect example of tradition; except some people confuse it with law. Whther we like it or not, our brains love order and patterns. If there isn't any, it'll make thag order for itself and may also enforce the enviroment to follow-the-leader.
