This is the new topic for our Text and Web Chatting Service. We have named it "The Bulletin Board System" as homage to what this site actually is. This service is not just for Dollar members but the majority of you will be from here.
If you wish to join you must say so on here without posting your phone number. DO NOT POST YOUR PHONE NUMBER. If you think you're worth it, you'll be asked to visit

This way we can test you out to see if you're worthy of joining, and then if any phone numbers or email addresses are posted, they are deleted soon after everyone leaves the room. Given it's not active, no one will see your number except the admin of our service.
Here are some of our basic rules:
Upon joining you have to add an avatar before 3 days time, or else you will be banned.
Upon joining if your name is your phone number, you must change it before 3 days time, or you'll be banned.
No alt accounts. If seen with an alt account in the group, all associated accounts, including your main account will be banned without hesitation.
You must be active for 3 days upon first joining, at least a few posts a day, else you'll be banned. Any time after, you must post at least once a month to be considered active.
No Durarara related names. Anyone in the group who has DRRR names before this rule was set into place shall be exempt. Anyone after the rule is set into place shall be given 3 days to change it. If you fail to do so in 3 days, you'll be banned.
Do not change the group name or group avatar. It will lend you an automatic permanent ban.
No bitching, ranting, crying, complaining of any type without consent from the admin. Never call anyone out publicly in the group. Save it for PM.
Do not promote your own group publicly in my group. Save it for PM if you wish to get a few members.
Do not remove any of my members, ever, unless the majority have thus agreed to remove someone. Instant permanent ban for anyone not following proper procedures.
The rules are likely to change any time. You agree to this, else you lose your rights to use my service.
We are doing it this way now to limit who can join, thus limiting who will remove members without permission, and to limit how quickly we reach our member limit. So far the member limit is 313 members. We have 220+.
