Lately there have been lots of shootings and killings, and frankly I'm not sure how or why people get the idea that killing someone and ending some person's life, who they don't even KNOW!
From the killings of the students to the recent cop killer and now the killing of random people on the streets in Tustin, what the hell is our society coming to? I don't get it.

I was pretty scared when I heard about this recent Tustin shooting as well because my mom works around the area...

I just wanted to get your guy's opinion on this and why people have been going insane lately..

coming too? in the world there where always these things, most likly in the past there where even more.
what did change? not much, just that these are now in news.
its not like that good went to bad.
i was never shocked about everything of this, for me it was clear that this happens.
killers, rapists and psychos where always in the world, this may change some day, but it was always this way since there are humans.

Like the person above me mentioned, there has always been crimes that has been occurring.
We may just be hearing about it more because of the media tries to over-exaggerate everything.
Also, when these shootings happen the media gives so much attention to the event and soon everyone knows the shooter's name. If someone that has never gotten attention, realizes he/she can get attention by doing something horrible, it might happen.

There is some good in this world though...and it's worth fighting for.

well in all i agree with all of you because crimes ane killingd will never stop but in evry budy is somthing bads but good to it's just how you see it.

and there's arsons at my town we are up to 28 arson fires and they are only targeting empty houses.

video games are to violent. they brainwash the weak minded into thinking "Hay, i play this game where i go down the streets killing people and nothing bad happens, so i wonder what it feels like to do it in real life =D" then you have media, tv, and movies getting more violent with every commercial.

I could continue to rant, but I am going to leave with this piece of my own devised wisdom, i may not have much, but I do have just enough to come up with a pretty good saying every once and a while. "One day, humans will fight until they all die out, only then can the world be truly perfect."

The answer to your question is vasst, complex, simplistic, and as of yet unknown. There are very few people on this planet that even know how to properly ask the question. let alone fathom an answer. I'm not saying its over you or our head, i am stating that Time will reveal Truth. if you wish to learn it, you must invest Time in learning all you can about the world. its bigger than we can possibly imagine

First, I'd like to add that any sane person ( an individual without a mental defect ) would not kill as a result of a video game. It has even been proven. As such, please do your research before posting something that might offend someone. Next, I would just like to say, although it differs from circumstance to circumstance, the reason these killings have been going on is because of the fact that either people are mentally unstable, have a disorder, or think they have a damn good reason (and are probably developing dementia at the time). Anyway, that's my two cents worth. It's stupid, ruthless, and horrible. The Romans had it (almost) right. "Kill the (mentally) deformed at birth, so that they shall not cause societal problems and pressure." Sorry if that's a little too controversial. Logic is cold-hearted.

Is the criminals, maybe they are affected of drugs, problems or what, but I know there's a reason why people do this
First, they hate life. Second, they can't overcome their problems, from the angryness and then involve someone to let out their bad temps.
And the last is they think the WORLD is BAD as they TAKE IT TO BE.
