Many people now-a-days say "I want to succeed" or "I will succeed," and that got me thinking. Success means something different to each person. Everyone holds a different meaning to, "I want to succeed." This led me to the question, "What is success? How do we achieve it?" There certainly has to be some common meaning for everyone to use the same wording, so that's where I got this idea.
Tell everyone what success means to you. Please, no dictionary definitions. I want us, as The Dollars, to discuss this topic without bringing up what the dictionary means, because the dictionary lacks emotions and feelings. It's all about the words, and I want us to discuss this beyond the words. I want to understand the connotation you hold to it and what you mean when you say, "I want to succeed."
Success to me means reaching my goals. It does not matter the methods I use to achieve my goal, but the fact that it's achieved in the end. It often holds the emotion of pride.
The methods use to achieve success is what makes it "good" or "bad". Did you become rich by robbing a bank or by finding the cure to cancer?

To me, success is achieving my dreams, and defining myself among other. Being set apart from the rest of society instead of leading a normal, boring life. Doing what I love to do, and living every day like a party. Expressing myself through my music, and actions, and everything else. Being remembered.
