I have a small and tiny question. What will you do if Dollar sunddenly close? Will you move on ?

Hard to say, really.

I would buy the site and have people help me take care of it. I know that there are people here that know how to make sites and want it to stay up. We put a little donate thing up so we can afford the place.

That would be very bad I've been to other sites like this and there pretty much trolls caning over the anime nothing realy related to the idea behind the dollors. It would suck but hopefully the good will and ideas of the dollors will still be in place in our daily lives (｡-_-｡)

I've become rather attached to the idea of The Dollars, personally. It's like a really positive version of Anonymous. I feel that if the BBS were to magically shut down for some reason, the people here would simply reconvene elsewhere.

I would actively search for such a place. I've been a part of forums since I turned thirteen. I love the ability to communicate with people from across the world. I'd continue to do so, regardless of where on the web.

It would hurt me to think that one day I couldn't get on here anymore. I have friends around the state so far and It's nice to meet up with others every now and then. It's a fun place and I don't think any other site is as organized and entertaining as this ^^

I'd look for another bbs, but I'd really be sad.

I would be very upset if the dollars closed down and look for another place were BBS could meet up. I love how the dollars has brought people all over the world together and I'd hate see the dollars site close down but I'm sure that someone would find another way for BBS to meet back up regardless of the web and, if not I would continue to be apart of the Dollars offline.

I've grown attached to the Dollars and I would be upset if the site closed, but that doesn't change the fact that I am a member of the Dollars. So even if it were to close, I'd be a Dollars member forever.

If the Dollars site ever did close, I don't think it would matter much. Once a Dollar, always a Dollar, and we'll carry out our duty site or no site.

I would try my best to start up another website because the dollars can't fall. The world needs more people like us.

Fortunately I have the phone numbers/emails of those that I have befriended (most of them anyway), so this wouldn't kill me. I'd be sad without a place to go and correct people on a regular basis though :T

For the site Dollars to close doesn't actually mean we'd all disappear instantly. We're all "colorless", so even if it closed down, we'd still be connected to Dollars somehow.
Just because the site closed down doesn't mean we can't be Dollars wherever we are. So you can just spread Dollars around your community and revive it on the outside.

I agree with Thiamor. I mean, Some people live hard lives and don't really have anything else, or no body else you fall on or even look to for any kind of support in they're lives. Maybe to some people the Dollars is like the Family they never had.

The Dollars may close, but I will never stop being part of it. This thing people call Dollars, which first appeared in an anime, is not just a website. Sure, it can close, but if you call yourself part of the Dollars, and do all the good you can, than the spirit will live on.

As for myself, I will never move on. I don't wish to move on because the Dollars are a global state of consciousness shared by hundreds, maybe thousands. The Dollars exists beyond this web and every night, as I try to help any victim I can find, it is with the name Dollars that I do it.

It makes me really sad. I think I would hope someone rebuild this dollars with the same system and the same name (I say that because sadly I'm not able to do such a thing). Dollars are just amazing and I'm in love with the hope mentality they want to bring to our world.
But if one day the site has to be closed, it's not so dramatic because..

I haven't been on this site for very long, however, The Dollars feel like a second home to me and I feel like I fit in very well with this community. If The Dollars were to suddenly disappear i'd have a very hard time handling it. This place is like an emotional outlet for me. If it disappeared I think I would lose a part of myself with it.
