I was thinking of a special Day for us Dollars. This is an Underground day and it will only be known to us Dollars. You should not tell anyone outside the Dollars when the day is, and if you know another Dollar you can not say "Happy Dollars Day" aloud, But through text.
I'm still thinking of a date.
Does anyone agree with this idea? It's just a thought.

Possible ideas for a date, although some were already listed:

-Date Durarara (manga) was released.
-Date Durarara (Anime) was released.
-Date Mikado created the dollars (I think there's an estimation but no definite date).
-Mikado's birthday. (Cuz he was the one that sorta founded it)
-Date dollars-bbs was created.

OR we can host a huuuuuugeee event (which a lot of us have been trying to do) and use that date instead.

Or everyday can be dollars day ^_^ We're too colourless to have a day. ;D (Actually no don't do that a specific day would be more fun.)

Maybe we should discuss the sense of that Dollars Day first. Is it to praise ourselves? Like: We do lots of good stuff, and thats our anniversary? Is it to recruit new people, or to just randomly spot other Dollars? If it is liek a celebration, we should do something fun! Like a Quiz, a challenge, a mission with a price in the end, or something like that.
How about a more interesting and time consuming mission (than leaving sticky notes), or a fundraising activity, where little Dollar Groups try to collect Donates and in the end we do something good with the money (donate it, or spend it on the moneycosting missions).

I think it would be great if you can actually acknowledge other Dollars members in the area you live-like some people have suggested with shirts and the letter D on the hand etc. But-and this is an extreme idea and very unlikely-I'm also thinking about some street art only people in dollars would understand in my area which is alot more subtler. One thing we can do, is a possible mass 'Cam Chat' on that day. Every Dollar on that day, from this site, join a certain, easy to use cam chatting site, create a room, and join. One that works good on most computers and net(s).

Here's an idea , what if we all made Duct Tape Bracelets (Dont matter what color since we dont have one) and Draw a circle, put a D in the middle and make different colored dots with in the circle. Basically kinda lyke the Logo on the Page to get in.

Does anyone have an idea about what we should do on Dollars day? I sort of like the idea of having a chatroom or RL meet-up. I think it would also be cool to have little chatroom parties. For example, you can host a party in a private movie showing on Gaia, as well as in your own personal rooms on IMVU. Those are more 3-D environments for it, and then we have our own chatrooms where we can have maybe six rooms dedicated to the Dollars partying.

Gas is only $4 a gallon up North. And I think New York would be the most accessible, and have the most potential for events.

That's what we liked to call, "expensive."

Nonetheless, gas is the least of our worries. I think you brought up some good points, Seathes, about NYC, but it's not the most accessible for everyone. We may be able to find a southern city with the same capacity for people and options. That's why I wanted us to look into what is there, at least, before we settle on NYC.

Well, Seaside is pretty dangerous, and it's not quite a city, but it's pretty popular and has a good board walk during the summer. I sort of like that idea (I swear I'm not being biased because it's so close to me..! ;O;), but again, if we drift after dark, it's not safe for a bunch of kids to be there.

I don't think someplace in Florida would be much better either as far as heat goes unless it's directly on a beach. I've heard there are some neat, nice, small towns in the Carolinas. Can't really name one of the top of my head, but that general region might work.
