Its about an employee in a big corporation that was supposed to be transferred into a new division after his old one got disbanded, but due to an error from management, never got assigned a new one. So the story follows his experience living his office job without an actual job and the ordeals he went at great lengths to not arouse any suspicions from HRs.
This story is (according to secondhand sources on the internet) was posted on somethingawful forum in the early 2000s and went sorta viral back in the day to the point of getting shared and reposted everywhere, the OP (original poster) eventually deleted their account (presumably due to being afraid of getting traced IRL) and all their posts. These archives are what remains and has been reposted countless of times.
