I’m looking for quality freelance writers for a company startup Oak Publishing Studio.

We are looking for non-fiction writing around the topics of self-help, diet, business and motivation. Books should typically range between 5,000 and 10,000 words. You must be able to research topics quickly and turn in non-plagiarized content.

Writers are free to pick up as many or as few topics as they like with no minimums required. Please send along a 300-word writing sample outlining the basics on how tobacco use affect the human body, to see if you are a good fit for the job. Pay is on a per word basis and is competitive for the field at $1.50 per 100 words.
Please keep in mind that grammar, spelling, and punctuation must all be reviewed before any submissions and your edited work will be expected when you are submitting work.

We are also looking for fiction novelists, specifically for the romance genre although we do accept others, at a standard rate of $50.00 up front and 10% of the royalties from your book for 5 years, after which you can republish it wherever you would like. Romance stories can be accepted imminently if they meet our standards.
