Hey, guys, my beloved wife has both of these and would like to read fiction books that touch on these topics. I am no expert nor do I claim to be. I am just a guy who wants to help her out in any way I possibly can. If you guys could recommend books on this topic, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'd check out the books on this list for novels dealing with autism.

One of my friends who is very active proponent for special-needs individuals raves about one of the books on that list, M is for Autism, by Vicky Martin. I haven't gotten to read it yet, but I trust her recommendation.
As for novels regarding anxiety, this article from the same website has several books that I have heard good things about.

I think it's wonderful that you're trying to find novels the two of you can enjoy together. And if you want to find the perfect book for her, you can always write it. I'd imagine you have a very interesting perspective on those illnesses.
