Hmm... what about waking up one day only to find that I am in a mental institute and learning that my entire life was a lie I made to escape the reality that I murdered countless innocents? Then after months of mental rehabilitation I finally am able to come to terms with what happened only to wake up the next day and find myself back in my regular life. Then once being able to convince myself the institute was just a weird dream I would wake up there again. Then this cycle would go on and on forever until I eventually am no longer to trust anything or anyone because I'm not sure they exist, as well as if I exist. Because of that I pull into myself and either end up committing suicide as I cannot handle it anymore, or going insane, maybe I was from the start, and become a shell of my former self, shaking and muttering incomprehensible gibberish. ^-^ I think that would be pretty bad! It's just I believe that while physical pain hurts, it is nothing compared to mental anguish so this would be really torturous.
