So I was at a Chinese restaurant with a friend a couple months ago. He decided to share this little gem with me. Read your fortune, and then add one of these to the end of it in your head - "In the bedroom", or "In the bathroom." Oddly, it works for everything that comes out of a Chinese fortune cookie. They need to get new grammar specialists.
I got Chinese again yesterday, and opened my fortune, read it... and suddenly my mind supplied 'in the bedroom'.
Thanks a lot, Kyle. I will never be able to see my Chinese fortune cookies the same way again, for the positive advice they're supposed to contain. Now it's all just dirty jokes.
Anyone else have some little funny gems like that, that makes their life more interesting?
