You wake up from what seems to be a coma. Your head hurts like hell and you groan as you get up. Before you know it, you have a dog jump on your lap and lick your face. It brings back a few memories and you immediately know her name. "Frita." You say calmly as you pet her. Why aren't the nurses here? Why isn't anyone here? D-Did they forget you?

What do you do?

(I'm going to put my reply as if it were me writing a story lol ok here's what I would do:)

I look at Frita and wonder where the nurses are. I couldn't be alone in this hospital, but there honestly seemed to be no one at all there.
I didn't know whether I should go outside or just wait, because why was I even in the hospital? Maybe this wasn't the hospital! What if I was somewhere dangerous? I can't remember anything.
"What should I do?" I asked my dog, who simply just tilted it's head.
"Curiosity is going to kill me today if this isn't the hospital," I said getting up from the bed. I open the door and step outside to see if I can find someone.

(To put it in short, I'd think about it first, but I'd open the door.Otherwise [in my opinion] no story right)

Are you sure you wanna open the door? I mean, they wouldn't let a dog into the hospital. Unless, of course, the doctors and nurses have been turned into Zombies or something lol!

Since my head hurt I didn't want to move so much as my lil dog scratches at me seeing I'm awake now. As playful as usual I hugged her, she seem to age a bit. I wonder how long I was out and looked for any wounds on me. Then I try getting up again feeling daze holding my dog as tight as I can to not drop her. I tried looking out the window but the sun was too bright so I closed the shades back. I got up wrapping my dog in a bed sheet like a baby and checked the outside of my room very slightly and see no one around and closed the door back still in my room as if I'm dreaming. Then I thought about eating looking at the room. 1st I tried seeing if it was real touching the room my dog, felt real enough to me as I look at her. So I open the door once again still carrying my dog to find something to eat don't see any doctors to call out so I stood quiet trying to be safe walking.

Since its hard to say much since there wasn't any detail I mean if I heard a sound I would check to see what it is but so far I know I'm alone with the details you gave.

Do what any sane person would do. Open a crack in the door, and if there are zombies.... ohh... we need some Daryl.
