I'm welcome to critiques, I just thought I would share this. Its got two people being spoken to/bout

Out in the sky,
with the stars,
lies a small piece
of my lonely heart

One day,
when it falls in the night,
will you be there to catch it
and make me whole?

Up in the sky,
far away with the stars,
you can find a small piece
of my heart.

And when it falls
down from the sky
will you please
catch it that night

Out in the sky,
far from my home,
there's a new land
that I'm free to roam.

When the night ends,
and I am whole,
will you hold me
as I leave home?

Up in the sky,
far from her home,
roams the heart
I made whole.

When this night ends,
and I leave my home,
will you come and find me
to lead me to our new home?
