So, considering this is an anime-heavy site, most of you probably know what light novels are. Or, at least, that they exist. However, since many light novels only make it to see Japanese release, they're oftentimes hard to get a hold of. For this thread, spread your knowledge of light novels! Theres Ballad of a Shinigami, this is the only one I've come across and read. I haven't read enough of them to really compare them to other novels. I can't tell what's the author's style or aim of the novel vs light novel cliches and what separates a light novel from a normal novel (such as format) from only reading one book.
